What do you think of pic gallery?

the pics should not load onto html
its slow for me.. maybe its the pics
i like the layout. maybe make the text link bigger

most tgps wont accept images on html pages, should link to actually pic.
If its going to be getting lots of traffic, i would suggest making thumb previews little smaller.
Also suggest adding more text descriptions
about what the site offers to surfers.
I think That will help the surfer want to click the link and see what else is there.

For instance, If we offer 100 thumbnail galleries and have 1000 webmasters, how will all these webmasters be able to post the same galleries to the same TGP sites? ( not too familiar with all these TGP sites ) Wont there be the same galleries on the same TGP site?

The pictures and design look really nice and fresh to me. I would chime in and agree that putting the pics on html pages is not a good idea, especially since you are not even taking advantage of the extra advertising space that loading the pics in html provides. Decent loading speed is a must and it did seem a little slow to me, also.

Now as to your question about your affiliates and TGPs, I'll take a shot. If you are only offering free-hosted galleries to your affiliates, chances are that they will not be able to submit them to TGPs. Most of the traffic you'll get to the free-hosted galleries will be from the TGP owners themselves who post them on their own TGPs. Following me ? If you are also offering the content to your affiliates so that they can design and host their own galleries, it will really come down to which affiliates are fastest at submitting decent-quality galleries, as most TGPs try not to post the same content twice. I'd have to agree with Cath.

Most people who used sponsor hosted galleries would be TGP owners posting them with their own ref code. Also alot of gallery script rotators will use the hosted galleries. If an affliate does use them, its pretty much who ever posts the gallery first, as most TGPs will check for duplicate/identical galleries.

Put it on a white background, makes it cleaner looking.
