I think there was one report where SIC Cash terminated one of the webmasters acct that downloaded and spammed the list to SIC.

I don't mail, but for fun I sent it to a friend who does, and after weeding it out for trash and spamcops, he mailed. I guess the list turned into about 1/6 of the size.
