I have two tattoos but only because I live in the middle of the bible belt and tattoos are not legal here and I have to drive a minimum of 3 hours to get one and the shop I prefer to use is about 6 hours away.

                                                                                                                                                                                    Anyone that met me in Florida knows that I would qualify for all of the above statements. Especially the part about bitchslapping you but i'm enough of a lady that I wouldn't embarrass you in front of your repressed friends or your mother whom i'm sure you still live with.

                                                                                                                                                                                    I was almost 30 before I got my first tattoo and I did it on the spur of the moment to piss my ex husband off but now that I had made it past the hurdle of getting one I don't really want to stop. I am having one designed right now to get when I head out to Vegas for the show in January. It will be a rather large lower back piece but not your standard "tribal" stuff. By this time next year I may just be as "artful" as Amp.

                                                                                                                                                                                    Mine is done in a tasteful way that I find attractive and I am college educated and hold a very good position in the industry so I will refrain from saying "Fuck Off" because my manners just don't allow me to behave that way.

Both of mine tie into my heritage. Although my first was a small tattoo it reflects my lifestyle and my superstition about luck.                                                                                                                                                                                                 Before I hear anyone who has had a tattoo tell us about how bad it hurts try getting a bone marrow extraction done from your lower back.

                                                                                                                                                                                                They take about a 9-12" needle (its thick as hell) and dig it right into the bone in your lower back scrape it around, and as you're screaming because they cant numb it, so once its done (at least in my experience) the doctor comes in and tells you that they have to do it again because they didnt get enough marrow to test for lukemia.

                                                                                                                                                                                                Don't tell me about pain, yo :P
