6 hours now, waiting on their "live" support and no answer.
I did get another ticket closed..so I know someone is there.
Spent 3 hours last night waiting on Tech support, 5 hours earlier today, 6 hours tonight.
I submitted 4 different tickets only to have them all closed.
I have called Webair, only to have some chick tell me they will call me back. (This was yesterday and I am still waiting 24 hours later)
Granted, I ICQ'd Mike and I understand, he has a life and is away.
But what about the numbnuts walking around in there?
I have never had a problem and never bothered them until yesterday.
All from trying to get the Conman software set up.
Now, when a tech emails you and tells you your on a virutal account and the deal was supposed to be on a dedicated.
Wouldn't you be pissed off too?

who can be better then yourself? get a t1 - t3 in your house.. with all these hostings bull shitting everyone around and taking forever to fix shit.. i think alot of people are going to start to do this soon.. a full t1 you can get for 500$ a month which is 1.5 mbps avg.. or a half t3 for about 1.2k which is about 10 mbps or more.. im not sure.. they are ALWAYSE fucking on.. if it goes down for over 5 minutes they will call you at 3 am to tell you they are sending tech's on the way to your house..Originally posted by integrated

Anyway, I was just destired by it all.
I think anyone would be with closed tickets and so forth,
But, all is good and Mike is going to take care of me.
I haven't had a single problem in the past with them.
I don't have any reason to suspect otherwise now.

don't know how your box is set up, but on ours, in ftp you can back out of all the folders outside your domains and everything and see the folder for each account. if you're on dedicated, you can see that.Got Gay and For Women Traffic?
