Who here uses NETBILLING

just great, i like to complain about companies but cant find anything to bitch about them

they set me up fast for my VHS site working great, awesome features

i assume you have to have a dedicated business checking account... can you do like arbitrary charges, and set up custom billing pretty quick through them?

never had any problems with them

havent used them much but from what i have seen they work great.

i should... i been looking into getting a mainstream merch. account, i need some crazy stuff. i already have a biz account tho for another company, so i'm not sure how readily my bank will give me another one. so, it's a consideration i have to make

Mitch and Sarah are some of the most down to earth good business people in adult and run a top notch company hands down.

If you have your own merchant account, I think Netbilling is the only way to go.

I've used them for over 3 years now - for sites, for content sales, leasing, hosting etc. all with no major problems.

I first contacted Mitch in mid 1999 after being disatisfied with who I was then using... back then they were just really still putting it all together, but Mitch promised me they would never stop adding new features and that I should check back later on... 6 months later, after my then processor totally trashed my merchant account costing me tens of thousands of dollars, I changed over to Netbilling.

That was in March of 2000, and since then they have continually added new features, and today I doubt there is anyone in the industry that can come even close. If you are a control freak who doesn't want your business "owned" or controlled by a IPSP processor or anyone else, Netbilling gives you all the tools you need.

The staff will also work with you to help you customize the different services (like ACH) to get them to work with your own proprietary programming needs -- Not always as fast as I would like... but they always come through.

In this new era, I don't understand why people aren't all getting their own merchant accounts. It is the only way you can really control your own destiny. Yeah you do have to scrub a bit tighter - but so do the IPSPs now - and Netbilling has the tools for all that.

They can also do customer support, but we don't use it so I can't comment on it at all.
