    Let Joe Decide

    well things have digressed here to the point there is now a debate on how best to kill Sobe

    nobody got fucked over harder by Sobe than Joe from AMA Content, so I think Joe should be given the power to decide the debate.
    I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

                  There was no major beef with him until he brought my fiancee into a pissing match. I posted my jesusloves you gif like i normal do to various posts here and there and he went off the deep end talking shit about my fiancee.

                  It's one thing to fuck around on a board, but to do so at the expense of someone's loved ones is another....

                      Oh poor SoBe. Does anyone mention the fact that SoBe paid said content provider over 15 thousand dollars in one year for said content? And that provider used this money to go out and shoot more? You guys like to forget that and just bash. You need to know the facts that is all.

                                  yes you paid Joe a certain amount of money for the rights to sell his content, you forget to tell people that Joe had a verbal agreement from you to not sell the content under a certain price - the same agreement Joe had with another content provider. You fucked him bad, you made his content WORTHLESS to him, and to the other content provider who was selling that content. YOU took it upon yourself to sell those videos for a RIDICULOUS price and your defense is 'I gave Joe the chance to sell the videos at the same price!'. ARE YOU INSANE?

                                  Isn't it odd that the other content provider with whom Joe had a similar agreement with has NEVER sold one of Joe's videos under the price Joe set as a minimum?

                                              Here we go again, now you know that I have a right to sell the content. You stated it here. But all over these boards people were spreading the lies that I was selling stolen content which was plain not true.

                                              Now you mention a verbal agreement which never exisited until said content producer realized he wanted to control how much I could sell the content for. There was never any verbal agreement at the time of sale or there after.

                                              The agreement was that I would always do what is in the best interest for sobegirl to survive. If that means selling bulk content deals that that is what I will do.

                                              I paid a lot of money for that content. Thousands of dollars. I need to make my money back. I don't like selling content in bulk inexpensive packages but that is how the market is. I do not control the market. It controls me. And webmasters like these deals so I keep giving them.
