Dumb non-techie question - how does an email list get stolen? Does someone have to hack into your computers or is it an "inside" job?
Lars - does spamarrest keep any GOOD emails out? That's the only thing I'm worried about.
And I STILL haven't met FM after working with him for almost 10 years!

Peaches, SpamArrest doesn't delete anything for you unless you tell it to. If it finds an email from an address it hasn't encountered before, it will hold onto it until you tell it to block that address or let it through.
So you've always got full control.
Once you've set someone to be blocked though, it will block all emails from that person - but you can always go back in to the interface and un-block them if you want/need to.
I just wish they'd let you put more than one address (ie multiple aliases) on an account.Comment
