Yup, 63K. I know that becuase my landlord wants to kick me out so they can sell the place. Blaw. Anyway, my place is really small. It goes entrance, kit/lvingroom, bathroom, minihallway, bedroom. With the Livingroom facing the ocean and the bedroom facing the huge as lagoon. When you open the front door the wind off the ocean is fierce! maintinace fees are about 170$ usd for everyone who owns. That pays for the 40 million guards, gas, basic cable, and a few other things. The ocean is a few feet to a few hundred feet away depending on which one you live in. And thanks to my begging there is high speed internet here

And you can get a 2 bedroom penthouse that is 3 levels and very large for 1k-1500 USD a month. Not sure about the buying price, but mine is 650$ a month for a 63$ K so you can do the math
