I just wanted to thank all you guys for the good words here. I haven't had a chance to check this thread in the last day; it certainly looks like another newbie flame-out!

Hong Kong and Taiwanese traffic is actually really profitable if converted properly.

That said, I think Ravo is a 100% honest guy. I have nothing but good things to say about his program. The guy didn't read the clear rules about sending traffic from a non english paysite.....he should be thankful he got paid!
