Ive seen this before and i doubt it is real.

First, who gets arrested for street racing, and why would they cuff a chick?

Also even if he chaced street racers, I highly doubt all 2 would stop, especially side by side.

Ive seen a BMW M3 cop car in USA, but it is used for shows.

they arrest people all the time over here and have been for the past 15 years or so. it wasnt untill a few months ago they now have the right to inpound you shit and sell it off.

no. i never got into detail with him about it, we dont talk about it much because it reminds him of his car, which was everything to him. i think it had to do with his girlfriend going agenst it though, saying she didnt request him to slow down or stop, and she was fully aware of what was going on.. not sure though
