You won't make more or less either way.

You don't have to be a spammer to get caught in the spam net
and be blocked by ISP's, Level3...
If a few people reports your mail as spam cause the don't remember they actually joined a list and to lacy to unsubscribe, or didn't read the Terms on a site - you will be blocked.
