Thanks for the pictures. Have some questions:
1) how come there are no pictures of the hahahahahahaha group?
2) why so many duplicates of the same girls in g-strings?
3) where are the picutures of the Players Ball? only a few pics of KB & D$ are there.
4) how come you put your site name right over the heads of people in the pictures?
5) you print all kinds of junk on the pictures, why no names of the people in the pictures?
6) since you deem yourself to be a professional, how come the lighting is so lousy on half the pictures?
I prefer the pictures of webmasters like baddog and joesho because they are bigger, clearer, and don't have logo junk on them. GO AMATEURS!Comment

2) the shots are taken as they move, as a live action sequence
3)The players ball got rained out by the time I got there, much to the dismay of the organisers, I shot what I could
4) The site names are done automatically and placed where most will not obsturct, there are times when it does fall in the wrong place
5)The time allowed to put the pics on line does not permit us to do so, besides some people do NOT want their names mentioned , but dont mind being photographed.
6) Most of these shots are taken inside at nite, I want to capture the feeling of what it is like, and NOT over light them

JFK, I appreciate the answers. Makes sense to me. I sometimes forget that you are in the middle of the action and you have to take what shots you can as people are walking away, etc. It would be nice if you could add the names of those people who don't mind.
I think you should have left the Easton pictures up and taken down some of the repetitiive bikini girls. Your audience is more interested in quality than quantity. How about making the pictures a big larger?
Speedy healing. Some of those bikini girls said you were moving around just fine, and that you started to limp when the *Mrs* was around. Oh my, what magic there is in a tiny throng bikini!

There were no Easton Shots removed from the Internext set, only a few other people who did not wish to appear on the site.The other pics were removed to prevent other people to use them for a personal vendetta. No, I do believe it! Some women might prefer the bikini girls as well. I have this hang up with big pictures. I have a huge monitor and I want to fill it up with the biggest and the best pictures I can find. I hate garbage on the pictures. We have wonderful photography equipment these days, so I would like to see webmasters become more interested in *quality* than just any old crap. If you take better and larger pictures, who cares if things slow down a little while downloading. We don't need 4,000 pictures with many being duplicates. We need 400 outstanding pictures which are larger and named.

Amputate and Easton are perfect examples of QUANTITY, not QUALITY. They have major issues, and they use GFY as their personal therapy location.

I have always been VERY appreciative of JFK's pictures - he spends a lot of time taking them, downloading them and posting them. There are shows I miss and I enjoy seeing the pictures. I also enjoy seeing the pictures when I WAS there (though I also get to see how much weight I've gained - ouch!).
Bottom line - just like everything else in life - if you think it can be done better, do it yourself!

Well, FURBAR makes money from his pictures. He has sponsors out the ass who pay him. Although I haven't been charged at this point for viewing these pictures, I would not pay out hard cold cash for them. I can sit on the beach and take non-stop pictures of babes in bikinis, or I can point my camera at those people I find interesting. Why would I want a tiny little picture with logo crap on it if I could have larger pictures that are nice and clear and identify those in the pictures.
My sister sends me pictures of my family. In ballpoint pen, she scribbles the names and dates on the back of the pictures. This is fine, but sometimes the ink comes through to the picture side. She doesn't care. I do! I'm a perfectionist, and I want everything as good as I can get it.
All I was doing was voicing my opinion about how JFK could make improvements. If his paying sponsors don't give a damn as long as their name is plastered across the face of an un-named webmaster on one of FUBAR's pics taken in lowlight at a shabby XXXXX webmaster party, then so be it!Comment

Peaches, just one more thing! You give your opinions. I read them on Opran-o every day. I don't see webmasters bitching at you because you may disagree with someone. I don't give a damn about your vanity concerning your weight. If you don't like the ugly extra pounds, then lose them.

I beg to differ. I do my best to voice my opinions...good and bad regarding the actions and the work of webmasters who dare to speak out and show their work on the boards. Do you really think FUBAR wants to hear all positive reviews? Do you really think he doesn't agree with some of the things I have said? He nicely answered my questions, so why don't you take your opinions about my opinions and toss them.

I'm saying that giving an opinion is one thing - spending time complaining about something you're getting for free when you have the ability to do it yourself to your "perfectionist" level is something else.
He's not going to make everyone happy. I personally wouldn't WANT big pictures. He needs to make the MAJORITY happy. IMHO. And I'm willing to bet he doesn't KNOW the names of most of the people in them, lol!
You mention the sponsors - if THEY'RE not happy with his work, then I'm sure they'll let him know. That's between them - not us.
Personally, I can't imagine walking around these shows shooting photos. I'd be bored out of my skull. I appreciate JFK's willingness to do it.
Are there pictures that don't interest me? Of course there are. When I hit a stream of them, I'll go to the thumbnail page and pick the next one I like and start again.
And yes, I DO plan on taking this fat off - I just wish I could lose in 2 months what it took 2 years to gain, lol!Comment

MicroChick, purely for professional interest because I work on this site, could you tell me what size your monitor is and what resolution it is set at. I know what mine is set to and how the pics look to me. It would be helpful to know what others are using so that I could look at how much I am resizing the pics.They come off the camera quite large. I try to make sure that when I am looking at them I have to do as little scrolling as possible because I tend to find that annoying and I know others do as well.Originally posted by MicroChick

Peaches, I thought you were looking pretty damn good. One of my favorite pictures is the one with you and pattyecake. I also liked the ones of JoeE and Forest. There's just something about Forest that makes me smile. The pictures of Katie were winners. She has a natural beauty. At Internext, there is something for everyone.
