Inoue, I'm not sure who you are, but if I guess correctly, you broke the following terms and conditions;
- you sent traffic from non-english pages
- you sent us exclusively Hong Kong and Taiwanese traffic
Although we pay for all traffic regardless of origin, we ask (via our terms and conditions) that all webmasters maintain a balance of traffic from all over the world.
Shall I quote chapter and verse;
"12. FPCTraffic accepts all traffic to our program, regardless of country of origin. But, we do ask that webmasters maintain a reasonable balance of traffic from all parts of the world. We reserve the right to exclude paying for certain countries or regions of the world. It is the webmaster's responsibility to ensure traffic is geographically diverse."

I don't usually get involved or post about any sponsors but I have to throw my 2 cents in here for one of the good guys. This Inoue guy is obviously a cheat and an Idiot. I have dealt with Ravo for many many many years, on many different traffic dealings and still do presently. Ravo is one of the good guys in the traffic biz, and his money is golden. If he says this guy cheated, after he even let him slide on the rules a bit, then that is exactly what happened.
