Not with them, but contacted them about hosting once. I love these guys.
VERY knowledgeable - and very quick on the trigger.

Been with them for 3-4 months now. Never been down.
Note they use the 95% method for measuring bandwith though.

I have to agree -- the logo kicks ass for being so simple -- it just has impact.
