Yeah the support is fucking dumb. I once mailed them asking my password, cause I lost it and gammacash made my account so I dont have a security question or stuff like that.
So a few days later I get a mail back saying "Please e-mail us from your ePassporte account to get your problem solved".
Fuckin' dumbasses
Other than that ePassporte is pretty good.
