Hydroxycut is good, too. Are you taking the EFX Xenadrine? It has a lot of stuff added, so it could be something in the mix that bothers you. 20 to 25mg ephedrine (a pill)
200 to 250mg caffeine (in pill form)
81 mg aspirin (a pill)
take it 3 times a day. I was doing it 2 days on, 1 day off for a long time. Lost major weight. Had major side effects, though. You could kill yourself if you are not careful. Follow the rules, you will be fine. Wired, but fine. Speed is a derivative of Ephedrine, keep in mind.

There's Hydroxycut and Xenadrine with and without the stack. That's what I was trying to figure out- which one was bothering him. If it's the Xenadrine with the stack, then all the others that have it may bother him, as well. I think Trim Spa comes in both versions, too. Most of the big formulas used to have the stack in them, but they removed it- ma Huang = ephedrine; guarana extract = caffeine; willow bark extract = aspirin. Hydroxycut still has the C and A, but not the E. Ephedrine can cause you major problems, esp. if you take too much. If it's just 5 lbs, you don't want to fool with that. I agree- not worth the risk.
