On a sidenote, I remember when programs started putting up stipulations on accepting webmasters from certain countries.
They were very broad in their wordings. Something to the fact, "We will not accept webmasters from the following coutries".
This was during a time when alot of ppl were getting canned for not reading the TOS of sponsors.
I'm still waiting to hear of anyone really getting screwed by the TOS like that.
