You're doing nothing different than the people in govt. that want to sanitize porn. First : The government wants to win in court going after over the edge stuff puts the chances in their favor.

Federal Court is a brutal place to be. I knew some federal public defenders when I lived in Jacksonville and they use to tell me all the time how demoralizing it was to defend a federal case. The feds have really harsh sentencing guidelines that weigh like a ton of bricks over most defendants heads. The feds then go to defendants and offer them deals for a fraction of the potential sentence as long as they snitch and testify against everyone and anyone. The Federal Criminal court system has become an enterprise of snitches, with the government acting as the chief pancake flipper.
Rob Black is a nasty big balls defendant, one that has a reputation for not backing down and willing to challenge law enforcement. This will be interesting to see how this plays out, as I would suspect that there will be tremendous pressure put on the Extreme defendants to plea bargain. Fifty years and million dollar fines are what the indictment looks to have a high end for them. Thats pressure to settle right there. Even if this all plays out good for the Extreme gang, this will be an incredibly expensive affair for them.

It comes down to a line IS needed. Of course there will be idiots from K-Bec that want to cry about it, but one will have to be drawn sooner or later. One that will satisfy the majority of BUSINESS people not the greedy little sh*ts that should be studying their spelling books for the 5th time trying to pass 8th grade.
It will no doubt be the government that ends up drawing that line because people in this industry for the most part won't agree if today is Friday when they are ALL in the Northern West Hemisphere. Greed will always drive people to the end in alot of cases and that hurts the trade as a whole.
Does anyone remember back in the late 60's or maybe the early 70's when they forcast that TV would end up with real LIVE actual Gladiator fights to the death at some point... simply because they ran out of other options to draw the listeners? Some study or another was talked about in one of our classes on that. If you sit back and broadly look at how the World is going, what more would there be but to move on to that at some point?
People already want executions broadcast. They show torn up bodies or bullet riddled bodies on the every day news at times. Do we REALLY need to see that? I think once you have seen one in real life, which more and more of us see everyday, that mental picture isn't going anywhere soon.
How about the guys that served in the service? Forgetting the guys you shot or do you need a reminder every Weds night at 8pm promptly?
Or the women that were raped.... need to see a new reminder Fridays at 9?

But honestly it would be nice for the day to finally arrive that people can make a film that they like to include any story line that they wished it to.
Now let me explain what I mean.
It would be nice to be able to take any genre in mainstream film and when it comes time for the sex scenes to actually have the actors having sex.
I'm kinda tired of seeing the same old played out story lines in "feature" adult films.
Rich woman alone looks out the window and sees Paco the pool boy doing his weekly duty.
She starts to touch herself while fantasizing about him coming in and ravishing her body.
It would be really cool to see something along the lines of Caligula all the time, even a comedy, or horror movie etc.
What if you were able to shoot Friday the 13th movies with real sex scenes instead of simulated?
Now this is not to say they should eroticize the acts of violence, but real sex acts should be able to play into any storyline that involves consenting adults, whether that story line is violent or not.

The "easy" allegations are the transmission of material in violation of USPS laws. The final charge of conspiracy is the "catch all" - standard legal hedge-betting.

It is also a time when there is a build up to Presidental elections.
