All of your first points are personal opinion. Just because something is someway doesn't mean it is the best way for an economy. If those 57 overseas companies were forced to come back into the US then the amount of jobs and revenue kept here would be enormous. Heinz would have to do restructuring of course, find ways to cut costs, might make them not make as much money - but then that allows for smaller businesses to start up in the same market as opposed to allowing the giants grow bigger killing the little guys.
