Okay- let me enlighten all the "special" constables and police officers in this thread with a definitive explaination as to why all officers of the law are PIGS.
First, I agree with the person who said that the people using the word have no clue as to the context by which it is being used.
Secondly, I agree with the officer who pointed out that there is no way in hell you got pulled over for just the neon and the seat belt. you were probably playing the beats in that ugly assed rice machine you have pictured up there at like +60- showing out in your classic parka, beanie, and a 3 inch thick gold plated donut roll necklace around your neck, all the while looking pretty fly for a white boy.
PIGS= People In Government Service.
So generally speaking, anyone working for any government office are PIGS. you cannot make it singular, you cannot write it without writing it in capitals.
