Well from what the police told me the seatbelt ticket is legit, but the other one can definitely be fought....I would suggest going to see a justice of the peace and telling him that you were doing nothing wrong and that 3 points will greatly affect your license and insurance. And now that you know it is illegal you have removed the seatbelt covers and sold them on ebay...As for the lights the cops in TO said they could not even imagine an officer giving a ticket for the lights, so that one can probably be beat pretty easily...When in doubt call the cops and ask questions and then go and see a justice of the peace I have done a lot of dumb things in my life and this was always a good way of at least reducing the fines (to nothing in most cases)
Wanna talk about a heat score I am almost done fixin up a 1960 Mercury Comet with all the trimmins....that will definitely cause some shit, although after this post I am removing the seatbelt cushions that say "Porn Worker"
