I just spoke to the police right now (toronto division, traffic) and they said that it is almost impossible to get the ticket for the seatbelt (although possible "modified harness device?") But the lights although not always appealing to the eye are totally legal and the officer could not think of anyway that an officer could give you a ticket......So my man you should rethink this post, maybe be adding a few more details into it, like the attitude you gave the cop!!!! Hey I'm not preaching I use to have red dreadlocks and army fatiques on all the time I certainly know the shit a cop can but you through, but according to the "police" you couldn't have gotten the tickets you said you have, so fight them or fuck off!!!!!!
