"No commission will be paid if the visitor to our site cannot be tracked by our system. All commissions and referral fees due and payable hereunder shall be payable in United States Dollars. We reserve the right to reject traffic that does not comply with certain requirements that we have periodically, or may in the future, establish. We will be solely responsible for all aspects of traffic recording. We will track the volume of traffic generated by your site and will make unaudited reports, summarizing this activity."
