unfortunately stormpay and moneybookers don't have a lot of members compared to paypal, so I don't know if it will help you.

worth trying, I found a guy that sells memberships thru stormpay and moneybookers:

I will contact the guy....stormpay is quiet very different than moneybroker as they use ipn and subscriptions ; you can automatise everythings in the auto management of users (add, delete) and subscription..with money brooker...no subscription and manual creation of users..

How can you tell if they will pay or not?

How can you tell if they are legit or not?

Is there not some system of reference on these money transfer agents?

So far everything is going fine with StormPay. They aren't PayPal's size yet, but their growth curve is like a rocket. They've tweaked payment and transfer processes.
