I got my pictures from Adult Legal, I got "super pack 1" and a video clip pack. It was over 5000 pix. But just like a few vids.
I'll keep everyone updated, I already feel that a lot of people in the adult biz don't want to help out newbies by saying "it's not worth it" or "it'll cost $20k to startup". I'll break that bullshit talk ;) It'll just take me a lot of hard work.Comment

It doesn't take 20K but $200 isn't even gonna get you set up with a processing company (it is a paysite right?). I got started for about $5,000 but I did EVERYTHING (HTML, design, photography, male talent, photo/video editing, gallery building, etc.) myself. Now my bitches (ie. affiliates) find my customers and we're all making the big bucks and living the dream, baby!

Cost me $10k and I had all the content myself. But I had to pay other people to set it up for me, (design etc)
For $200 I would have been able to get set up for a thumbnail gallery page

It can be real cheap if you have the content and can do all the design & server setup yourself. If your site is of any decent size its an assload of work though. He he .. I got started with less than 100 with my paysite
1. Content shoot by myself (sold it several times and gained back the money payed to models, so it costed me 0 USD)
2. Site made by myself : 0 usd
3. Processor with a little help from my friends .. also pretty little in USD.
4. Advertising in my other sites + signaturea in a lot of message boards .. also came cheap ..
5. Affiliate program will come pretty soon ..
so .. I guess that if you are determined to do it yourself can get it pretty cheap

Don't listen to em dude. You can always use that $200 to make a simple site that can make you enough cash to launch everything else. $99 will buy you thousands of east European babe pictures. Sometimes it's not all about the quality, if you use your imagination and put a little spin on the site you can make it a bored housewife personals site where each set has a bio and fake contact info. You don't even have to make it pretty. Actually, the less ritzy the design, the bette it will convert!
There's always another way to do things that don't cost money. Remember, people sell dirt and get rich! With a little bit of creative packaging that dirt becomes an natural mud mask with "Mother Earth's natural rejuvinating vitamins" that sells for $30 a jar. If people can sell friggin dirt imagine what you could do with even the worst set of content!!
I must add this, you are better off using an avs with the little bit of money you have but it is very possible to do it the other way. Hosting doesn't cost much. You can get a dedicated server for $89 with 600 gigs of transfer. $99 for he content and Probilling is still in business. You can stil make free sites, galleries & AVS sites for funneling trafic so what else do ya need?
I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...
