the only movie that comes close to how hackers work is matrix 2 reloaded. when titney fired up nmap and ssh'd the power plant control systems then ran something what is called sshnuke against it. Now someone did their fucking homework at hollwwood studios or were ever it was filmed
to this date no movie has come even close to that sean

Sneakers was pretty good. Factoring large numbers into their component primes is the holy grail of hacking. Social engineering was also demonstrated quite effectively also.Originally posted by ikonworx
