According to our programming dept. all memberships that started or rebilled on the 29th of February will going forward be rebilled on the last day of the month (e.g., 31-Mar, 30-Apr, etc.) - this only affects ONE MONTH recurring subscriptions and NOT 30 day subscriptions. It is my understanding that it has something to do with the way an Oracle database handles the last day of the month.

Therefore, for all intents and purposes, this will happen exactly the same way next year for memberships that start or rebill on the 28th of February.
