Wow...from your friend's links, you look to have a pretty good base of friends in the free site market! I can see why they are all anxious to trade traffic with you...
Seriously though...I'd work on making the site feel a little more unified, content AND design wise. Plain is good for heavilly trafficked and older sites because the viewer base is accustomed to it and the transfer is less....But in the case of a new TGP...make it look like your own personal creation that nobody else has done before you!Comment

Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.Comment

Seriously tho, that tgp has no chance, you'll end up with 1k/day after a year and 365 of these threads. There is an ASSLOAD of tgps out there and very few are turning much of a profit. Like I said before, check out some of the larger tgps and ask yourself if you were a surfer why would you want to be on your tgp and not theirs..
And quite honestly, based mostly on your choice of "potato" and "dangerous" as categories, im gonna say that you are not quite at the point of understanding tgps to make any run at it.
Start at the bottom of the food chain, build some gallerys, submit them, learn a little about it, at least with some gallerys you'll have something to show for it at the end of the month.Comment

A simple design. like the Hun has works because he has to accomodate huge amounts of traffic - No-one can start, where the Hun is now - And it seems to me your design is trying to do something like that.
There are several ways of building a tgp:
1) Slowly - Get a great design - work on word of mouth and se traffic - You'll be rocking with hundreds of surfers in a year or two -
2) Buy traffic - But give your surfers something to see - A good % will bookmark -
3) I an't gonna tellya number three - That one works too fucking well and you need to find this one out for yourself!
