    does Jupiter/XFR hosting charge to move data to their server?

    I'm in a hosting bind that needs to be resolved and I need to either stay with my host or move....I just called customer service and got the voice mail so I'm asking the simple question here..

    does Jupiter charge me to move my site from my old host to them? and if so, how much.

              well since I couldn't reach customer service and the tech people couldn't either, I have to wait around 3 hours for a ticket turnaround and somebody to call me....

                                      Technical Support is 24 X 7 real telephone support. Anyone who says we don't offer it is flat out lying. The ticket system is effective and most people will tell you that all tickets are taken care of quickly and effecently. If you open a ticket to have us add 3000 of your domains to our dns servers, it might take a while. :-)

                                      Customer Service ( i.e., Billing, Sales, etc.) is not 24 X 7. 9 to 5 M-F PST.

                                          Yes it's 7/24, but I never called them once, beause all my support request tickets (all was software & DNS setup requests), solved very quickly. And there is almost always some one @ ICQ.
