show was really good.

i met one of your asian content models greg, he is a nice guy.

people who were overly fucked up didn't make me want to do any business with them.

lot's of booths were empty due to over partying, that was kinda funny.

although i got done what i had set out to do and made a lot of new contacts !

Brad, I was going to start a thread like this after waiting for 2 days post show to find a whole lot of no show talk.

I heard most of the business was done at parties and not on show floor.

Who had the coolest booth? Freebies?

I have seen Charlo fucked up on many occasions. Keep in mind, I used to go to every show. I am getting too old for the lifestyle.

Lee you think people did biz at parties, where music is so loud you can not hear, and people are packed in like sardines? Maybe smaller private parties, or classy ones like ARS party, but I can not see much biz being done at rave parties.

My experience is doing biz at such parties, people blow smoke up your ass, are drunk, high, and do not even recall the deals the next day.

The show floor was pretty much as I anticipated,, with everything that is going on in the Industry. Booths were mainly 10 x 10 or 10 x 20; with lot's of models. - Many found it boring - but to me it made a whole lot more sense! You could actually do biz if you wanted to. Since many just go to the showroom to be entertained - they were disappointed.

but there were better than usual freebies!

No - it was not loud, noisy or entertaining. People could actually hear themselves talk. It was more like the shows of Orlando, before the Industry went crazy with trying to out due the next guy.

Many CEO's were missing, but were represented by staff. Nicest party I think was thrown by ARS. Great food and Premium drinks. Smartest party was the Nocreditcard "Cigar & Whiskey" private party. It was classy, and even though the hand rolled cigars were 'not my thing - the aged and premium liquors were a "real experience" I saw CEO's at that party that I had not seen before then and never saw again. They brought out the 'cream of the crop.

I had a great time because I was healthy and had NO responsibility. Had some wonderful quiet chats with people that I enjoyed their company.

Lets put it this way, my head's still killing me..

The show was pretty slow yeah, but I got the chance to meet and drink with everybody so I'm happy....it was a blast.

The bikini contest had a great turnout, as did the open splash bar everyday

I heard that too.

The poker tournament was a blast , even though I didn't last too long.

The gigamix boat ride was a good time, not too loud and was able to talk business with a few people.

The ARS party was good, but I didn't stay too long.

Lots of other good parties. Just have to talk to people before they drink too much, or whatever else it is that they do.

Yes there was an over abundance of great events for all tastes ! The show floor actually picked up on Saturday according to all reports, so business wasnt just done at the parties.

I never planned on going to Miami show. Turned out my dog had back surgery a few days before the show.

50/50 if I will do Vegas, pretty close to my wedding and honeymoon. At least Vegas is big enough to escape the idiots. I would be happy to never go to a show again until 90% of the people in this biz go broke, and there are only businessmen left.
