    Why is oxeo so expensive

    I see a lot of people praising oxeo but why are they so bloody expensive?


    If you want a stable site are these guys really worth paying the extra $$$ for their hosting?

          i dont care about how much cheaper all the other hosts are, oxeo has been 100% up for me since almost half a year now.

                                          Any problems whatsoever, I send an IM over to them and is taken care of instantly. This is why I'll pay the extra $. And knowing my site is up 100% is an added bonus.

                                                              This is so true, if u contact him he will offer u a great deal, and they are cheaper and more reliable then other host! We went thru two crappy more expensive host before we settled with Oxeo, and I can assure u no matter what time it is, their is always someone there to help u! They fix the problem right away! I have no complaints with them, they are really GREAT guys!

                                                                      You know what, I've had servers at different hosts for a while now, and so long as you don't drop into a really crap one like UnitedColo or Rackshack, or some new outfit finding their feet. It makes no difference. Oxeo will have downtime, every host has downtime. Different pipes get slower, get faster. The extra money buys fuck all in the long run.

                                                                          oxeo isn't expensive considering in the entire time of my hosting there my sites have gone down 2 times, for 2-3 minutes each for hardware changes and i was informed of this well in advance.

                                                                          I'd rather pay a little more at the end of the month and know my sites work, then trying to add up how much money i've lost because i use a 2nd rate host whose servers are always fucked up.

                                                                                                                      But having been in IT for the last 8 years, I've learned that it's VERY hard to put a price on great support. Every domain request, db request, or even any annoying little question has been handled within 15 minutes or so of EMAILING (not calling) support. Yes, you should expect this from any hosting company but sadly most (well, the ones I've dealt with) have been unable to provide adequate support.

                                                                                                                      Anyone can sell you hosting, but not many can come through with quick service.

                                                                                                                      I love 'em.

                                                                                                                      I HATE those guys who pay for a nice design and then resell hosting for a cheap rate, and the "support" number is the dude's cell phone. I DON'T GIVE TWO SHITS THAT YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF DINNER. Or the kids are screaming. Don't fucking sell a service you can't provide.
