          Actually, let me clarify, I need a link to a site that automates this process.

          I found this site; http://www.expiredtraffic.com

          Was in a bit of a rush when I posted.... anyone have any experience with this site?

              Try Expired Domain Sleuth (do a ssearch on goggle). It's a nice little app that provides all that plus link populairty with all the engines (much more useful then PR IMHO).
