In 3 months we have to read 6 huge posts how he lost money and has to start over again but with a little help from his friends he will get his shit back up again and he will write a tutorial about starting an avs program before he actually done it himself.
I wish he would just work on his shit and wouldnt flood gfy with his update posts about his status every 5 mins.Comment

only 1/4 of the people you get to sign up are actually going to send you traffic.. most people are full of shit when they say they'll send you traffic..
You have to convince people your shit is not like the rest, and you have to offer them something else that they cant get from the program they are already at..
You have to come up with a serious plan, and have the funds to stay afloat until you can stand on your own feet..
Theres also so many other variables that I wont go into.. Thats for him to learn and me to keep to myself cuz its in my best interests..
You act like I dont know what the fuck I'm talking about.. I work with programs every day and hear the inside headaches that happen.. Its my job to build shit that converts, and helps to retain...

One of the plans i had was to bust my ass on my own traffic, pull my best conversions, and make my PERSONAL stats available upon request.
How many sponsors or even webmasters sit here and yack about super conversions, and why you should push the product ... but they dont show you shit.
Once these projects are in place, i can put my focus back into traffic. I bust my ass day in and day out. I know what needs to be done, and i will do it.
I will let my hard work and serious dedication speak for itself with public stats, and an open forum to my webmasters so i can personally show them each how to make this work for them.
If they decide not to use it, thats fine as well ... i can work enough for myself without affiliates.
Sorry to sound like aknow-it-all here, but this is well thought out, and has been consulted on many levels by many people. Im not just jumping into this.

It is not uncommon that the owner of a site can generally outsell his affiliates by a large margin.
