France is one of the most culturally rich nations on Earth.

The Louvre in Paris is the most amazing museum/art gallery in the world.

Going to Europe and missing France is criminal.

there's all sorts of shit in germany to see! which cities are you going too? when i was there a few years back we went to munich and toured around there. saw alot of the cathedral, and the glockenspiel. as far as bars, most of the ones there were hopping most nights of the week. we also visited heidleburg and went to austria for a week and stayed outside of vienna in the town of drossing. ooh, and the unttersbagh mountain in salzburg. it's all so fucking beatiful there.

i'm also a WWII history buff and we stopped at mathausen, an austrian concentration camp. it was scary, but i'm glad i went. so much pain still resides in those places.

you can't truely say you have been to Europe with out going to France. So much of what happens in Europe has to do with the relationship the other countries have with France.

Also, I would say if you are in the area take a day and go to Bruges in Belgium. A stunning town.

Where in England are you going? It is hard to give suggestions without knowing.

yeah, it doesn't have as much to being American as it does that you were speaking English. I go over every now and then with a bunch of Engllish friends and even though I am the American they get as much of the snobbishness as I do. Seriously, go to Belgium...the Ostend/Bruges area looks as nice as France and they are nice and go out of their way to speak English to you.

I traveled half of the major ones, Endland, France, Italy, Greese.

I found on all my travels that I was amazed by Venice / Italy. Its just a place you want to spend 2 days in, but its well worth it. Its a city stuck in a time warp. Its exactly like it was 600 years ago, but with modern facilities inside.

France was also fantastic to visit. I spent a little to long there and didn't enjoy it as much. Amazing never saw one part of Europe I could ever live in, but its great to visit. Nothing beats Australia

The MAYBE country you migt go to , should be yourt #1 country to go to ... Spain is all about "fiestas" and parties.. thats what its all about. I'd say definitely go to the clubs in Madrid, try to get to the island of IBIZA.. you wont be let down. Oh and if you can hit the coast... around Marbella...anywhere on the coast is pretty much a party place... ;)

french don't hate americans, and most people working in hotel / restaurants love americans cause they give the biggest tips

sure if you don't have enough money to pay a little tip they won't like you much, money make the world run

also, i heard a lot of you talking about paris, right, it s our biggest town, but not the best imo, too much crowed, nice to see our monuments and museums but south of france, like nice or cannes are the best places, with hot girls (you won't find them in bikini in paris, while in south of france, there are many topless girls)

you should also visit our "naturist" beaches, there are a lot, cause france is the #1 country for that, imo that could interest some of you :P

It's not all the French, it's just the Parisians who do that. Extremely rude. I found the trick though...I address them in a language they've never heard, Zulu for instance. It's amazing how quickly they try english then

Barcelona is great, but pop down the coast and checkout Valencia, awesome place, you can get a ferry accross to Ibiza frmo there aswell, always fun for a few days.

Up on the North West coast you've got San Sebastian, it holds the world record for the most bars per mile, mad place, I used to live right in the middle of the old center, used to fucking rock.

Good for surfing aswell.
