You got too dehydrated and alot of cramps, couse your muscles coudlnt handled the pressure.
Creatine increase your ATP (body energy), therefor if your muscles arent balanced in strenght youwill get those cramps.
The dehydration comes from the sweat/body fat.
Creatine also make sure that your body consumes the fat first to unsure the perfect balance between ATP and ADP, so that means you are over training, becouse your creatine makes your body comsuming all the fat available at the moment, then you dont have anymore energy to implement on your workout.
So creatine is actually doing some good to you, except for the cramps, where you should be alot stonger to deal with such amount of weight taht creatine make your body requests due to the increase of energy, body strenght, recovery and so on...
