    a question for mailers

    ok I'm new to mailings and I got my hands on a few millions optin mails, but I'm afraid of mailing all these people. should I use smtp relays and proxies or nothing at all.

    I mean it's optin, but what if I got crooked and it's bulk? I'll loose ISP, hosting and sponsor?

    is there anyway I can mail this without having any problems? like mailing only 100k mails at once or something?

    I got any software needed, just tell me what I should do to not be in trouble cause some idiot wanted to make quick cash with bulk list.

                      its spam like a post said to have a list like that its going to cost ya.

                      so basically mailing to that is a gamble maybe you might get away with it one or 2 times but eventually trouble will catch up with you.

                      better of getting BH or organise it with sponsor many can do that for you. so you will also need to mail through proxies etc

                              Maybe the 2nd guy of the first 100.000 will report you and your hosts upstream provider...maybe not. Maybe it will be the 1 millionth guy.

                                  i deal with opt in lists so i havent had to worry about this problem

                                  but 100k you shouldnt get much problems i guess you could keep mailing it until your host gives you a warning to stop.

                                  however, i would still protect my ip addy dont want to get your net connection shut down.

                                  but overall its not a solution to do mailings for the long term only short and the way it is today probably very short time

                                          If a spammer annoys me i first contact whatever program they are promoting. If those people disable their account im happy already, if they dont answer i contact the spammers host and ask them to take action, if they dont answer i'll contact the hosts bw provider. 90% chance 1 of them will take action.
