    Pop-up Ads

    Anyone using those pop-up ads that place a cookie in the surfers machine and keep "popping" until they remove them?

    What's the traffic and any conversions numbers using those things?

    And what's the best one that allows you to create your own ads?

                              Doesn't sound like a cookie to me.

                              Sounds like a small resized IE window that the user hardly can find containing meta refresh tags and normal java-script popup codes.
