I don't have a problem with getting any of my sites accepted at sexypassport or nakedpass. Chris is a top notch avs man.

If the avs requires you to have 50 pictures and you are only submitting 36, then you will get rejected because 36 is less than 50.

Like everyone says, if you don't like the rules, build you own avs and you deal with the strict new visa rules...

36 is not more than 50, unless you are counting Canadian Dollars or using the metric system...

If you were trying to sell passwords with 36 pics sites then it doesn't really sound like you were sending bulk sales anyway.

I was reading their rules the other day, and I could have sworn that I saw two different numbers for the minimum. one page said 50 and another said 20. A little confusing I must say.

I think the point here, though, is that they changed their rules. I also think that's pretty shitty. It used to be a 20 pic min and now it's suddenly jumped to 50 and they ditched the fpa's. So, not only do webmasters have the burden of switching all their scripts/text, they also have to change/add to their sites. I understand if they want to raise the bar and it will help with VISA (not sure how though

) but it's still gotta be bad news for people who had tons of sites with them. They should grandfather the ones who met SexyAVS rules.

All messing aside, I may be wrong and Chris can correct me and I apologize to him in advance if I am off.

I believe Visa has put some restrictions on avs in the titles and avs in their descriptions. I believe Sexkey took appropriate measures last month and I believe the name change may or may not have something to do with the new Visa regulations with the wording of avs in name and descriptions...

As far as why he changed the minimum pictures to 50, you'll have to ask him or maybe he will shed some light in the near future here.

As far as their reviewers are concerned, they are one of the best and fastest I have seen ever on the internet. Very rarely does a site go longer than 12 hours without getting reviewed. I have had some added in a matter of minutes after I submit.

Sorry about the non updated page.. That will be updated when I return from Florida.

But the rules are very clear and posted pretty much everywhere..

Our rules are definately more strict than before.

But to maintain our processing and to keep our payouts up, this is what we have to do.

Certainly people will have problems with our rules, but serious Webmasters will reap the benefits from them.
