We tried to get the non-hyphenated version

but it was already taken. Devin contacted the guy who owns it and he offered to sell it to her for 10 grand. She told him to go fuck himself and we settled on the hyphenated version.
If that wasn't bad enough, a week after we opened her site, the guy who owns the other domain joined her site, stole ALL her exclusive content, and put it on his site. He then had the nerve to post shit on a bunch of message boards and yahoo groups (including her old yahoo group) claiming that her official site was a fraud and that HIS site was the official Devin DeRay site.
Devin called him threatening to take legal action and he told her to fuck off and die. This all happened over a year ago. However, when recently checking my logs I noticed that some of her passwords had been hacked and posted on a password site (basically, a daily occurance). When I visited the password site I noticed a pass to his shit site so I went ahead and checked out his members' area. This guy has continued to steal all her content over the past year. ALL the updates on our site were on his. He had even been using some of her exclusive stuff for samples but he took these down when I complained again. Of course, Devin now wants to hire a hitman.
I found out from APIC that this fuck is a multiple offender and steals content from EVERYONE. He has a bunch of model sites. If you are a content provider and have ever shot any of these models, chances are VERY GOOD that he's stolen your pics too. At this point we want the fucking domain name from his ass. Devin DeRay has the right to it and she wants it. No more fucking around with this guy. He needs to be taken down.
I've seen you guys take down hotlinking sites in less than 24 hours. Hopefully, something can be done about this idiot too.
BTW - If you are a photographer/content provider in the LA area, I'm looking for someone to shoot her on a regular basis. I warn you that she can be EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to work with. Email me at [email protected] if you are interested. I will post a pic of her as a reply to this thread.
