what are the laws for innocent young girl sites?

I know this question has been posted before, but honestly I am too lazy to search.

I have found a site that promotes sex of underage girls. Just posing but in porno-graphic ways. Most of the ages are 11 yrs old. The owners are located in Canada.

I will not post the site. Could you guys give me a link on where to report it and fill me in on the laws of underage girl sites...

BTW if this site is legal, then someone needs to take legal action to stop the production of these type of sites.

Are you talking about underage girls engaging in sexual activity, such as intercourse, masturbation, sexual exhibition...? If that is the case , report them to the local authorities or other organisation.

If it is sexy dressed up 11 years old models, I would think it is legal ( Think about the contest of yg dressed as woman). Then be carefull before reporting such a site.

I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !

But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....

What is the problem with the replies??? That type of site is legal. I didn't say that it is in good taste and it's great that it exist, but it is legal.

A lot of thing in this world is legal and of poor taste. Watch Fox a few hours and you will see.

But if you think it is illegal, then call the cops.

BTW, chatrooms are way worse in enticing young kids to meet pedophiles... Are you going to close all chat rooms...

Its questionable obviously. It exposes you to legal and criminal risks. However in a recent obscenity case ruling on a sexually provocative non nude under 18 modeling site, the defendent was acquitted of all charges by the jury.

well I reported the site... thanks guys.

It looks very suspicious, I reload the site once in a while and I get redirected to another site, which is 100% legal. almost seems like they are trying to hide. I am able to see the site, if I click on certain links to get there, but whats really strange is, its the same url, but show two different sites once in a while.

I am almost 100% sure its illegal because they use the word "lolita" everywhere! and say "young pre-teens doing porno-graphics acts."

ASACP knows the laws better than anyone on this board and if it's illegal, they will make sure the cops find out about it!

Don't report it to anyone but asacp or missingkids.com (us customs reporting point)

Others out there are probably ok, but there are some that are sicko's just getting a nice supply of cp links.
