$3 per K from a TGP sounds pretty good by itself... but will it scale? How much traffic do you have? In my experience, a small 3k TGP makes more per K than a larger 50k TGP. Of course the 50k makes up for the shortfall with volume.

3$/K is not bad at all! If you can scale that up to a 100-200K tgp that would be nice

dialers are good for the short term profit, but I don't think they help with getting bookmakers.
But you can always try ( I recommend f.e. the Money Tree Dialer ).

So far per click sponsors are concerned, if you are able to find a good, non shaving one, that would be great. But not sure if such still exists.
