                  She grassed herself to the police. There is only one video of her that is legal and she owns the rights to it. In getting the police involved all her other videos were pulled off the shop shelves and only one video remained.

                                  Damage seems to be her new word for the day(s), if I hear-or read-another interview containing, "my damage...I am damaged...the damage inflicted...damage sustained...my mom's damage..." blah freaking damage blah, I am gonna hurl.

                                  I'm much more interested in Ginger Lynn's upcoming bio tentatively titled "I Did It, I Liked It, So What?"

                                  Ginger must've copyrighted said title before Ms. Lords could use it 'cause from what I saw of Traci in the 80's, it was mutually applicable.

                                              This thread just goes to show some...toadies just don't learn. lol In alot of states and countries it really IS up to the photog to verify that ID... so when they toss it down, remember you may go to jail if you don't call and verify that little date.

                                              Had someone taken 2 minutes to do that then they wouldn't be sitting in jail. Or are more of you than what I thought, proud to say you "destroyed' this that or another girl?

                                                  No one is "sitting in jail" because of Traci Lords, although some of the accused were incarcerated for nearly a year until they were found innocent.

                                                  The prosecutor determined that she had duped the porn producers --- just as she had duped the DMV when she got her fake id.

                                                  So who were they supposed to "call"? The DMV? They were the government agency that issued the license which stated she was 18, because she provided a false birth certificate.

                                                  If the government was fooled, what do you expect porn producers to do?

                                                              Actually, in most countries, 16 is the age of consent, just not in the U.S. So, just because she was 16, doesn't mean she wasn't capable of making her own decisions.

                                                                                          I'm curious now. What sort of background checks do you do? If someone presents an ID saying they are 18, do you hire a PI to investigate further?

                                                                                          Or do you do what everyone else did who let her work? Look at the ID, accept it as real and start shooting?

                                                                                                  No, I don't. Then again, I don't even shoot spread-leg closeups, let alone hardcore porn. If you have a young looking model fucking tons of guys, you have to be a little more careful.

                                                                                                  I do agree that she went to great length to dupe the content producers she worked with. They can't be held entirely accountable, as they did everything reasonable to confirm her age. My point was more that she probably can't be held accountable either, as she was below the age of legal responsibility.
