    Danger Will Robinson: CNN reports massive web attack due

    This just came in from CNN. Might explain why Microsoft.com was down.

    They urged all computer users to d/load a patch from Microsoft to prevent an impending hacker attack but no one can d/load it because Microsoft.com is down.

    If this is a related 'pre-attack' to disable Microsoft so that people couldn't d/load the patch it's sinister with a capital S.

              It all boils down to the fact that if you're willing to deal with the consequences, anyone can do anything, if they're determined enough.

              Taking down the internet wouldn't be hard, but the risk of getting caught, you'd be fucked if you did.

                  CNN is on the cutting edge of what is happening on the internet.

                  I seriously hate watching your American news so much now. They don't even fucking report on what has happened, they just report on something that can happen with no sources or proof to back things up. BIO ATTACK COULD COME, MORE PLANE HIJACKINGS. WEB ATTACK COMING, KILLER MISQUOTOS ARE GOING TO COVER THE US, LIKE THE KILLER BEES.

                                                          Exactly - isn't this "buffer overflow" problem related to Microsoft Outlook? or all MS machines?
