Sex will always sell, but some people don't seem to understand that sex doesn't sell EVERYTHING. For instance, I have always liked the Herbal Essence products. For a store brand, they don't suck. Thanks to Clairol's stupid, obnoxious, offensive "Organic experience" ad campaign, I'm boycotting the crap. People, people, people...you have a decent product that smells good and cleans my hair. I do not require an orgasm every time I shower. Please get out of my fantasies. You won't? Fine, piss off.
And don't even get me started on the various tooth-whitening products. Oh, you're smiling, you're glowing - you must be getting laid! Um, no. I whitened my teeth. Shut up.
On the other hand, the whole "Smilin' Bob" penis enhancement series cracks me right up. But, um, the sex angle is kind of appropriate there.
