nigga isnt exactly used the same way when spoken black to black.
Here's an example -
Me: Damn nigga, you for real?
Now here's an example of lets say a White Man using it -
White Person: Damn stop ******-lipping the joint

Not really creative right now but do you see what im getting at? When it's one of your own you already know it isnt meant to be offensive.
