Technically Sobe I don't think it's illegal, it's a dumbass thing for him to do but no illegal.
Technically speaking he is just sharing content for others to view, no where in your license does it specify that content purchased has to be sold and can not be given away for free.
Where you might have a case is that he is giving it to webmasters specifically and almost encouraging the use of your content illegally. But even there you might not win, what you should do is just make sure that people who haven't purchased your content are not selling it and that's about the best you can hope to do.Comment
