Sextraffic payment

Sextraffic are currently owing me ~1,500$. The website says the checks were sent but I never received them. I have been in contact with "Sam" for 2 months in about 10 emails and he says it will be sorted out but nothing happens.

Does anyone else have problems with these guys? Any suggestion on how to make them act?

Adwealth seem to be affiliated/the same as sextraffic and the same has happened to me there even though they are owing a smaller amount.
