    TODAY - ACACIA's Rob Berman will answer questions on the D$ Show

    I felt we needed a new thread stating the Acacia live talk show is today.

    People wanted reminders.

    Here you go.

    12:00 pm pacific / 3:00 pm eastern

    It's important we all know how this streaming media patent (if upheld in court) can effect us. What do they want exactly? What are their claims?

    I'm as ready as I'm gonna be for this interview. (Starbucks first though)

    My stance as a talk show host is to present questions supplied by YOU (adult webmasters). OK, I had a few questions of my own as well.

    I can promise you, you'll learn lot's of new things today.

    Bring your pens and notebooks, class starts soon.

    We'll take callers on the show, hopefully while Robert is still on the phone. The prepared questions of importance will be asked first, then if he's still willing, we'll take questions directly to Robert from the callers.

                                                                                          It's a 2 hour show, an extra 60 minutes.

                                                                                                      Why not do something useful: have a patent lawyer on to realistically assess the chances of Acacias patent claims being invalidated?

                                                                                                      This Berman prick is obviously not going to give us anything remotely objective about the only thing that really matters in this case. Whats the use of giving him free publicity?
