People put music in their video all the time. They just don't care.
I do care.
When you see a video that is 4 years old, and created when the RIAA was something that no one heard only a genius could have that much forsight to know.
I have some quite old videos on sobegirl. Like the S001 and S005. I need to remove those pronto.Comment

Thanks for the compliment! Yeah, when I was working with SoBeIdiot, I was sooooo embarressed with his production values. I particularly liked the long harsh shadows from his hard lighting, the ever-popular holding the camera completely over his head with his arms completely straight up, the shakey camera zooms and movements, and oh yeah, the MUSIC playing.
I come from a photographic background, so I know how to light and shoot.
Did you see the special I'm running?? My entire site for $899. I don't like to fuck myself in the ass, but some IDIOT producers seem to have lowered the standard pricing, and people are demanding low prices on content, so I obliged. But we all found out that sometimes you get what you pay for. Disputed content, no documentation, music in background, poor video productions, and completely old and oversold content. That shit just AIN'T happening with my stuff, to be sure!Comment

It never ends.
First of all, I am sure that some of those sets have music in them that I can use. I am sure that some don't. I have to look at them.
Then out of the ones that have music I have to see where and how much of the video has that music, and then edit it out. If I cannot edit it out then the set is trashed.
But I know that most of them I can edit. Some of those older sets, are well just that , old, I might as well get rid of them anyhow.
Most webmasters love the content I give them and love the deals. Sorry I can't make all you guys happy. That is always the case.
But I appreciate the effort in giving me that list. Now I must look to see that you are correct.

There was no attack intended and I don't understand why you would think there was.
And I do not do the exact same thing. I am sorry but a radio on in a video that was shot 2 to 4 years ago is not the same as making a new trailer clip today and putting in classic rock hits. I think they are way different.
The awareness or paranoia of copy write infringement is much stronger today than it was 4 years ago. At least for me it is.Comment

Max Hardcore had trailer clips with the Rock band Chicago playing for millions of his surfer fans. He knows about it and you know what...He does not give a damn..
So my little infractions on the SoBeGirl site are not that major and the fact that I have been in business so long and been selling content without problems is proof. I have never been sued or am getting sued.
If I find a vid with a few minutes of music in it I will edit it out. If I find some with much more I will trash the set. It is not a big a deal as you are making it and you know it.
Not one of my webmasters has ever been sued or is getting sued. Nobody. Anyone know of any webmaster that bought sobegirl content and got sued? I would like to know.
So all this talk and trash is just bullshit coming out of you asses. Nothing in this biz is risk free. Anyone can sue anyone anytime they want. This is America.
When you buy 230 video sets for just 5 dollars each, if you don't like one of them or 10 of them or 30, then throw them away. Get my point?Comment
