                                                                                                                                                      What you don't realize is that most of the time, the bar is paying music royalties for the right to play that music in the background. (If they're not paying royalties, ASCAP will eventually catch up with them.)

                                                                                                                                                      You haven't paid those royalties and, even if you were willing to, the music industry would never approve it for a porn site.
